Scope:

Design bespoke and standard material handling and processing equipment for the food industry.

Design:

The designs incorporated largely sheet metal components using laser cutting and CNC bending.  Using sheet metal CAD software, all laser cut flat patterns were automatically created in dxf formats. Complex profiles were created to minimize welding and fabrication, thereby reducing time and cost.
